Mrs Hutchinson joined NWCPS as an early childhood teacher in 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Educator (Early Childhood Education) and over 20 years teaching experience. Now as the director of NWCPS, she uses her position as a teaching director to prioritise the needs of the children and families to access a quality preschool program. Continuing the great work of the preschool and maintaining it's reputation as a quality service in the community.

Miss Boyd
Educational Leader - Early Childhood Teacher

Miss Boyd joined our preschool in 2025 with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the early childhood and primary school settings. She holds a Bachelor of Education (Early childhood). Miss Boyd is NWCPS educational leader, using her strong pedagogy to support quality.
Mrs Eldridge
Assistant Educator
Days - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Mrs Eldridge is a long standing team member of our preschool. She completed her Cert111 in Early Childhood after sending her own daughter to NWCPS and falling love with the idea of community Preschool. She also holds a BA in Geopolitics and is our preschool's sustainability officer.
Mrs Repacci
Assistant Educator

Mrs Repacci joined NWCPS in 2024. She has always valued community and worked many years in community preschool. She is an experienced educator with great understanding of the importance of connections. She holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
